Job summary

Exavalu, a US-based consulting firm, is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer for a fully remote role supporting a large North American Service Cloud environment with Amazon Connect integration. You will handle L2/L3 production support, troubleshoot, and deliver enhancements while collaborating with business and tech stakeholders.

The position requires 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development (Apex, Flows, LWC) and hands-on experience with REST, SOAP, GraphQL APIs, and platform integrations.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Flows, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Experience with Service Cloud, Omni-Channel, and integrations.

Responsibilities

Production Support (L2/L3): incident management, root cause analysis, and remediation.
Design and deliver solutions using declarative tools, Flows, Apex, and LWC.
Build integrations with REST, SOAP, GraphQL APIs; use Platform Events and async processing.
Collaborate with stakeholders; maintain Jira runbooks and documentation.
Mentor juniors and promote development best practices.
