Job summary

Apex Systems, also known as Everforth Apex in the corporate materials, seeks a Senior Cloud Solutions Architect to own the architecture of Salesforce Service Cloud for North America, Latin America, and Europe. You will build hands-on production work, steer in-house team growth, and set standards for security and data governance.

You will lead design reviews, integrations with telephony and ticketing, and partner with cross-region teams to deliver reliable, scalable service cloud solutions.

Qualifications

• Own technical direction for Service Cloud architecture and implementation.
• Lead cross-functional delivery across NA/EMEA with a configuration-driven rollout model.
• Set data models, ownership, sharing and security standards for high-volume cases.

Responsibilities

• Own technical direction for Service Cloud: case management and lifecycle, routing and Omni-Channel, entitlements and milestones, escalations, knowledge, and the customer care agent experience.
• Lead multi-region rollouts into new countries, covering languages, queues, routing, support sites and regional processes.
• Govern AI use: approved tools, testing and security checks for AI-generated code and dependencies.
