Qualifications

5+ years of proven experience as a full-stack developer with advanced Salesforce development expertise.
Strong hands-on skills in Salesforce development (Aura, Lightning Web Components, Apex), System Administration, and Platform App Builder.
Experience developing/integrating scalable services on AWS with authentication/integration best practices (API Gateway, IAM, OAuth).

Responsibilities

Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Drive full-stack development including front-end and back-end customization (LWC, Aura, Apex) and integrations.
Develop and maintain Salesforce platform applications with custom objects and Apex code.
Implement agentic platform knowledge to fulfill business needs and automation requirements.
Build and deploy AI-driven features and leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and features.
Lead CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments and align with platform requirements.
Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment with architects, product owners, and stakeholders.
Provide production support and help onboard new team members.
