Job summary

ARCHER is seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, develop, troubleshoot, and maintain secure Salesforce solutions including Apex code, Lightning interfaces, and integrations. You will validate AI-assisted outputs and analyze data to improve software quality across the development life cycle.

The role requires hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC), understanding of SDLC, Agile/CI-CD practices, and CRM sales processes.

Qualifications

• Requires formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and at least three years of Salesforce development experience, including hands-on Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations, and API connectivity.
• Candidates should also understand the Salesforce development life cycle, agile and CI/CD practices, secure and responsible AI-assisted development, and CRM sales processes; Salesforce certifications and cloud or modern front-end experience are preferred.
