Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience at scale with Salesforce and agentic frameworks.
• Advanced Salesforce skills: AgentForce, Data Cloud, Apex, Aura, and Lightning Web Components.
• Proven ability to build solutions using agentic platforms for automation and scalability.
• Solid understanding of AWS services (deployment, authentication, integration patterns).
• Technical skills: React, TypeScript, Java Spring Boot, Python.
• Relational and NoSQL databases: PostgreSQL, CosmosDB.
• Salesforce Platform Developer certification and AgentForce Specialist (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Design reliable full-stack solutions translating complex requirements into scalable systems.
• Develop full-stack applications (Salesforce front-end and back-end customizations) with cross-platform work on React/Next.js or Python.
• Leverage agentic frameworks to automate processes and improve efficiency.
• Build Salesforce features (Apex, Aura, LWC) with secure integrations (OAuth).
• Apply AI tools to optimize workflows and add automation features.
• Develop on AWS, manage deployment and authentication patterns.
• Lead CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps in an Agile environment.
• Monitor performance and security, drive continuous improvement with reliability teams.
