Job summary

NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture, is seeking a Senior Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced & Billing Solutions Engineer to lead RCA/RCA solutions engineering, drive pre-sales excellence, and position the firm as a premier Revenue Cloud and Agentforce partner for Salesforce deployments.

You will work with Sales Cloud, Billing, and autonomous AI agents, and report to the Senior Vice President of Solutions Engineering to grow the practice and influence go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience selling, architecting, or implementing modern Quote-to-Cash or billing solutions, specifically Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Subscription Management) or equivalent enterprise platforms.
• 2+ years of Pre-Sales / Solutions Engineering experience, including leading discovery, designing complex architecture blueprints, and responding to technical RFPs/RFIs.
• Deep Knowledge of Salesforce Core: Proven expertise across Sales Cloud (Pipeline Management, Forecasting) and the underlying Core Salesforce platform architecture.
• AI & Automation Familiarity: Experience or deep familiarity with Agentforce (or Salesforce Einstein 1 Platform), including configuring prompt templates, actions, and autonomous guardrails for SDR/Sales use cases is highly preferred.
• Education: BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical/business field (or equivalent practical experience).

Responsibilities

• Lead Revenue Cloud/Billing & AI Sales within the Solutions Engineering practice and establish best-in-class pre-sales processes.
• Drive go-to-market efforts by positioning the firm as a premier partner for Revenue Cloud Advanced/Billing, Sales Cloud, and Agentforce deployments.
• Lead pre-sales discovery sessions, gather billing/monetization requirements, and deliver compelling demonstrations of Revenue Cloud capabilities.
• Architect and demonstrate deal cycles that incorporate Sales Cloud and Agentforce AI to automate pipeline generation and quoting.
• Develop technical proposals, solution architectures, and Statements of Work with scoping accuracy.
• Serve as a liaison between sales, delivery, and product teams to improve responses, product improvements, and designs.
• Provide field feedback to Salesforce product managers on Revenue Cloud features and Sales Cloud enhancements.
• Stay at the forefront of Salesforce innovations and autonomous AI capabilities to drive creative client solutions.
