We are currently seeking a Senior Salesforce QA Engineer (Automation-AccelQ) to join our team remotely in Delhi, India.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reusable automated test frameworks using tools like ACCELQ, Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
2. Create end-to-end test strategies, including experience with AI-driven or model-based test automation.
3. Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
4. Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high code quality in test suites.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify test requirements and optimize coverage.
6. Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices in test automation.
7. Perform performance and load testing using tools like JMeter or Locust as needed.
8. Ensure traceability of test cases to business and technical requirements.
9. Analyze test results, debug failures, and report quality metrics to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• Senior Automation QA experience with Salesforce.
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce QA automation.
• Hands-on experience with AccelQ or similar automation tools.
• Strong coding/scripting skills in Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar languages.
• Experience with API testing using Postman, RestAssured, or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, testing strategies, and the software development lifecycle.
• Experience with version control and defect tracking tools such as Git and Jira.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with AI-driven or model-based test automation.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and hands-on experience with AccelQ or similar tools.
