Job summary

Coastal in the United States (Palm Coast, FL) seeks a Program Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of Salesforce implementations at an enterprise scale. The role requires aligning implementation strategy with business objectives and ensuring adoption across departments.

You will lead client relationships, manage multiple work streams, and drive forecasts, risks, and milestones to achieve on-time delivery while enabling growth across client programs.

Qualifications

3+ years in program management or enterprise project leadership.
SAFe certification required.
10+ years PMO experience.
Experience with Salesforce project implementations.
Experience leading 10+ team members.

Responsibilities

Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce implementations.
Lead multiple work streams in a multi-cloud environment.
Manage stakeholders and risks to meet scope, budget, and timeline.
Provide strategic direction to expand Coastal Cloud’s footprint at clients/programs.
Drive forecast accuracy and establish delivery plans with milestones.
