Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; master's degree preferred.
• Typically 10 years of experience with no less than 5-7 years relevant Salesforce implementation experience with teams of 5+.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading teams of analysts and developers.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with a functional or technical architecture background aligning business requirements to Salesforce solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, peer company environments and prior consulting experience relevant to industry-specific business and technology functions.
• Ability to be a self-starter and handle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Willingness to travel based on client needs.

• Accountable for program delivery and client leadership, with architecture oversight and account growth responsibilities as supplementary to primary role functions
• Providing leadership and direction up to and including Managers across multiple engagements and accounts
• Leading teams with broad visibility to achieve solution implementation
• Managing client relationships, revenue generation, and commercial relationships as needed
• Travel requirements: Required as needed by external clients
