Job summary

Flosum is seeking a visionary Senior Salesforce Administrator / product leader to own the roadmap for a 100% Salesforce-native platform. You will collaborate with the CEO and engineering leadership to define new categories and drive innovation in AI-powered DevOps, security, and data lifecycle management within Salesforce’s trust boundary.

You will own product vision across DevOps, backup/archive, and governance, engage Fortune 100 customers, and partner with Sales to shape deal strategy.

Qualifications

7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 3 years focused on the Salesforce ecosystem or Salesforce-adjacent platforms.
Deep technical understanding of the Salesforce platform: metadata-driven architecture, deployment pipelines, sandboxes, packaging, security models, Apex, Lightning, ISV ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Define and drive the multi-year product roadmap across five product lines (DevOps, Backup & Archive, Trust Center, Data Seeding, DevOps for Veeva).
Write detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; partner with engineering to deliver on timelines.
Translate enterprise requirements into elegant product solutions and influence deal strategy with Sales and CS.
