Job summary

Flosum is seeking a visionary Salesforce Technical Business Analyst who lives in the Salesforce ecosystem and wants to shape how the world’s largest enterprises build, secure, and scale on Salesforce. This is not a maintenance role; you will own the product roadmap for Flosum's native DevSecOps and data protection platform trusted by Fortune 100 companies.

Qualifications

7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce ecosystem
Deep technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform: metadata-driven architecture, deployment pipelines, sandboxes, packaging, security models, Apex, Lightning
Proven track record of shipping enterprise-grade products adopted by Fortune 500 customers
Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, release management, or security/compliance tooling
Strong communication skills, able to present to C-suite and write technical specifications in one day

Responsibilities

Define and own the multi-year product roadmap across five product lines
Translate Salesforce knowledge into premium product capabilities that enterprise customers will pay for
Write detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; you do the work
Partner with engineering to deliver on aggressive timelines and manage sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and releases
