Job summary

Remote is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Project Manager to lead enterprise CRM modernization initiatives supporting federal government operations. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, from strategic planning and Agile execution to deployment, production support, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in IT program management or related field.
• At least 5 years managing Salesforce programs or enterprise CRM environments.
• U.S. citizenship and existing Public Trust clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies, sprint planning, backlog management, and release processes.
• Strong governance, stakeholder engagement, and coordination across DevSecOps teams.
• Experience leading production application support and enterprise deployments.
• Familiar with federal contracting environments and public-sector modernization.
• PMP and CSM certifications preferred; Salesforce Administrator is a plus.
• Willingness to travel periodically; remote work from the Washington, DC area acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce programs, including planning, execution, monitoring, deployment, and closeout.
• Manage Agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, release coordination, and continuous delivery improvements.
• Coordinate DevSecOps activities across development, security, and operations teams to support secure software delivery.
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with federal standards and policies.
• Engage and manage stakeholders across agencies, business units, and technical teams to align priorities and communicate progress.
• Oversee production support and continuous improvement for enterprise Salesforce applications.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints across multiple workstreams.
• Support enterprise deployment strategies to ensure scalable and performant Salesforce solutions.
• Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional project teams, promoting collaboration and accountability.
• Coordinate schedules, resources, milestones, and deliverables to meet requirements.
• Support communication and reporting to stakeholders with clear visibility into status and milestones.
• Participate in client meetings, planning sessions, and program events; travel as required.
