Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 3 years of experience with Salesforce development, configuration, and automation.
• Hands-on experience with Flow, Lightning Experience, custom objects, page layouts, and declarative tools.
• Experience building portals and digital experiences using Salesforce Experience Cloud.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security models, profiles, permissions, and user administration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams.
