Inspira Financial is seeking a Sr. Salesforce Engineer to join our Salesforce Platform Engineering team in Oak Brook, IL. You will design, build, test, and deploy enterprise Salesforce solutions, guiding best practices and mentoring peers across the team.

Ideal candidates have deep Salesforce development expertise, strong integration and DevOps experience, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions throughout the software delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test and deploy scalable enterprise Salesforce solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL.
Independently own complex Salesforce solutions from design to production support.
Build and maintain secure integrations between Salesforce and internal/external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
Collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, and Engineers to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
Contribute to solution design with emphasis on scalability, performance, security, and reliability.
Lead code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Mentor junior developers and promote consistent engineering practices.
Balance custom development and declarative Salesforce capabilities.
