Job summary

Clark Nuber PS is seeking a Salesforce Platform Builder and Senior Consultant to lead implementations from discovery through deployment and client support. You will partner with teams to translate business needs into scalable, secure Salesforce solutions while mentoring others.

Remote eligibility applies to several states including Texas; you will drive technical decisions, design integrations with Sage Intacct and DataBlend, and advance Salesforce capabilities across client engagements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years designing, implementing, supporting, or troubleshooting Salesforce software and integrations between SaaS apps
• Salesforce Certifications: Platform Administrator and Platform App Builder
• Proficiency with Salesforce Flow Builder and declarative/programmatic tools

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery for Salesforce engagements including planning, configuration, development, integrations, and data migration
• Serve as technical lead coordinating workstreams with project managers and cross-functional teams
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Flow, LWCs, and automation
• Participate in discovery, design, and planning to propose scalable solutions
• Lead integrations and data migration with Salesforce, Sage Intacct, DataBlend, and others
• Diagnose and resolve complex Salesforce/integration issues and coordinate with vendors
• Manage release processes using Salesforce DX, VS Code, Git, and deployment standards
• Support data modeling, security architecture, reporting and configuration decisions
• Create and maintain project documentation and reusable solutions
• Provide client training and ongoing support to ensure adoption
• Mentor consultants and promote technical standards and delivery excellence
• Contribute to growth through technical demonstrations, scope, and continuous improvement
