Qualifications

• 12+ years in enterprise/solution architecture or related technology leadership roles.
• 7+ years designing and governing Salesforce solutions within multi-org environments.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce security, identity, data, integration, automation, and lifecycle management.
• Experience architecting AI-enabled solutions with governance, privacy, security, and human oversight.
• Proven success influencing executive stakeholders and leading global architecture/engineering teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the enterprise Salesforce platform strategy, target-state architecture, and multi-year technology roadmap.
• Establish architecture governance via Design Authority, Architecture Review Board, and Salesforce Center of Excellence.
• Govern architecture across integration, data, security, DevSecOps, AI services, and operational tooling; ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
• Provide technical leadership to globally distributed teams and act as primary escalation point for enterprise Salesforce decisions.
