Job summary

Productiv is seeking a MuleSoft Developer to design, develop, and maintain integration solutions across multiple IT systems and Salesforce projects for nonprofit clients. You will work on APIs, data flows, and middleware in a remote setting, collaborating with stakeholders and delivering robust MuleSoft-based interfaces.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of MuleSoft experience, strong API/REST/SOAP know-how, and hands-on work with Anypoint Platform, RAML, and cloud services like AWS or Azure.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a MuleSoft developer.
• Experience with public cloud like AWS/Azure.
• Experience with APIs, Rest and/or SOAP web services.
• Familiarity with web or database application development and strong in SQL.
• Experience in Agile development methodology/Scrum.
• Proven experience as a MuleSoft Developer or similar role in API and platform engineering.
• Solid understanding of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, Mule Runtime, Mule API gateway, and all other MuleSoft products.
• Experience with REST and SOAP web services, RAML in Mule, and use of connectors for integration.
• Knowledge of Integration Design patterns and Microservices architecture.
• Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• MuleSoft integration development, design, build, test, debug, deploy, APIs, and integrations
• Design and develop web services with SOAP and REST APIs
• Develop detailed software design documentation and API documentation
• Work on Big Data, reliable messaging frameworks & ETL
• Do client showcases and demonstrations of developed solutions
• Design and develop APIs using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
• Implement API-led connectivity solutions for enterprise integration
• Participate in all SDLC phases: requirements, design, development, testing, maintenance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand integrated systems
• Prepare technical specs for development and integration
• Adhere to coding and design standards; ensure timely, high-quality code
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and performance issues
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and user manuals
• Conduct unit testing and assist QA in integration/system tests
• Aid in production support issue resolution
