Job summary

First Citizens Bank is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to architect, build, and support enterprise Salesforce solutions including Financial Services Cloud (FSC). You will design and implement integrations with MuleSoft, manage data migrations, and collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that drive value across the organization.

You will mentor teammates, participate in DevOps and CI/CD processes, and help ensure robust release management

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years in Systems Support/Analytics/Operational Support or equivalent experience.
High School Diploma with 10+ years in related domains may be considered.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and APIs.
Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and core banking applications using MuleSoft and REST/SOAP APIs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Support integrations, data migrations, and enterprise Salesforce releases.
Troubleshoot production issues and ensure platform stability and performance.
Lead design discussions, mentor teammates, and promote best practices.
Support DevOps, CI/CD, and release management processes.
