Job summary

First Citizens Bank is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, integrate, and support enterprise Salesforce solutions, including Financial Services Cloud (FSC). You will partner with stakeholders, product teams, architects, and integration teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that drive business value.

Responsibilities include building Salesforce solutions with Apex and LWC, leading integrations with MuleSoft, and supporting CI/CD and release processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, integrations, and Salesforce platform architecture.
• Experience designing, developing and supporting APIs and integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, Agile delivery, and enterprise application development.
• Advanced Salesforce certifications preferred.

Qualifications

Minimum Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree and 6 years' experience OR High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent and 10 years' experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operational Support

Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, integrations, and Salesforce platform architecture.
• Experience designing, developing and supporting APIs and integrations using Mulesoft Anypoint Platform.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, Agile delivery, and enterprise application development.
• Salesforce Administrator and/or Platform Developer certification required.
• Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) experience.
• Experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, API-led connectivity, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience with MuleSoft, Gearset, AutoRabit, or similar DevOps tools.
• Experience with Salesforce-to-Salesforce and Dynamics 365-to-Salesforce data migrations, including data mapping, transformation, and validation.
• Experience with Salesforce data migration and integration tools, including Data Loader, DemandTools, Informatica, MuleSoft, SSIS, KingswaySoft and other ETL platforms.
• Financial services or banking industry experience.
• Advanced Salesforce certifications preferred.
