Job summary

Diconium seeks a Senior Salesforce & MuleSoft Architect to translate complex requirements into scalable, secure end-to-end architectures. You will lead cross-functional teams and define architecture standards across multiple clouds, with hands-on PoCs when required.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in Salesforce and MuleSoft, 3+ years in architecture/lead roles, fluent German (C1+), and multiple Salesforce and MuleSoft certifications. German market experience a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in Salesforce and MuleSoft environments.
• 3+ years in architecture or lead role.
• Fluent German (C1+) and proven lateral leadership experience.
• 4+ Salesforce certifications and 2 MuleSoft certifications (one Architect)
• Strong knowledge of security, identity, and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Provide architecture consulting across Salesforce (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing/Engagement, Platform, Data Cloud) and MuleSoft.
• Define architecture governance: guard rails, standards, reviews, naming conventions, CI/CD & DevSecOps.
• Lead cross-functional teams (consulting, dev, QA) and coach engineers.
• Translate business goals into resilient architecture blueprints, epics and stories.
• Hands-on involvement for PoCs, complex configurations, and release planning.
