Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and multi-channel campaign execution.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud data ingestion, harmonization and activation.
• Proficiency in AMPscript and SQL for personalization and data manipulation.
• Strong content creation skills across email, SMS and push channels.
• Familiarity with Financial Services Cloud is a plus.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure or AWS is beneficial.

• Design and execute multi-channel campaigns and customer journeys via email, SMS, and push.
• Build and manage data integrations using Salesforce Data Cloud and ETL tools.
