Artifintech is seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Developer to guide design, development, and deployment of Salesforce CRM solutions. You will focus on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, and LWC, while leading integrations and architecture with best practices.

We expect strong leadership, 8+ years of Salesforce experience, and a track record in delivering enterprise-grade Salesforce applications in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• 2+ years leading Salesforce development teams.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce architecture, integrations, and customization.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce development activities, technical design, and implementation.
• Design and develop custom Salesforce apps using Apex, Visualforce, and LWC.
• Configure and customize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Develop Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Scheduled Apex.
• Implement Salesforce integrations with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Design scalable data models and security rules.
• Mentor junior developers and participate in Agile ceremonies.
