Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• 2+ years of leading Salesforce development teams.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce architecture, integrations, and customization.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce design, development, customization, and implementation.
• Mentor junior developers and ensure coding standards.
• Collaborate with analysts, architects, QA, and PMs.
• Lead deployments using Salesforce CLI and change sets.
• Ensure performance, governance, and security models.
