Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of professional IT/architecture experience.
• 7 years Salesforce experience in architect roles.
• Experience with contact center integrations and data migration.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platforms and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical architecture and design of Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds.
• Define and enforce enterprise architecture standards and integration patterns across Salesforce and adjacent platforms.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into well-architected solutions and roadmaps.
• Own integration architecture including real-time and batch integrations and API strategy.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams and ensure governance.
