Job summary

Nagarro is seeking a Principal Engineer – Salesforce Architect to lead end-to-end Health Cloud architectures for large healthcare customers in Atlanta. You will own the technical strategy, governance, and delivery, guiding multi-team efforts across onshore and offshore resources.

You will drive integration design, data models, and security considerations, ensuring HIPAA/PHI compliance while delivering scalable, high-performance solutions.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience architecting Salesforce Health Cloud for large healthcare orgs.
• Strong leadership delivering end-to-end solutions across multiple teams.
• Deep knowledge of HIPAA/PHI and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce Health Cloud architecture and delivery for large healthcare implementations.
• Define technical strategy and governance for integrations, data models, and security.
• Mentor multi-shore Salesforce teams including developers, admins, QA, and offshore delivery teams.
• Collaborate with program managers on scope, timelines, risks, and delivery commitments.
• Drive platform evolution and best practices, including PoCs and platform enhancements.
