Job summary
Robotics Technologies LLC in the United States seeks an accomplished Salesforce leader to drive enterprise-scale implementations and oversee delivery teams across Health Cloud programs.
You will own architecture and DevOps workflows, collaborating with healthcare payers and providers, and ensuring governance, security, and quality across onshore/offshore delivery.
Must have Platform Developer I and extensive Salesforce certifications; strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of Salesforce enterprise delivery experience.
- Platform Developer I certification required; additional Salesforce certifications preferred (PD II, Architect, Agentforce Specialist).
- Healthcare payer/provider domain knowledge.
- Data Cloud experience preferred.
- Experience building Agentforce solutions and AI-powered agents.
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD tools (Git, AutoRABIT/Copado, Salesforce CLI).
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise Salesforce implementations and delivery teams.
- Architect Health Cloud projects and data integration initiatives.
- Oversee DevOps/CI-CD pipelines and tooling.
- Collaborate with healthcare payers/providers to define requirements.
- Coordinate onshore and offshore delivery, ensuring governance and quality.
- Engage stakeholders and drive program success.
