Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to design and drive scalable FSC, OmniStudio, and Marketing Cloud solutions for Banking and Financial Services clients. You will lead end-to-end architecture, integration, and governance in a remote-USA setting, engaging with stakeholders and delivery teams.

The role requires strong leadership, customer engagement, and hands-on expertise in FSC, OmniStudio, and Marketing Cloud to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering Salesforce Finance/FS Cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture and design.
• Design and implement FSC, OmniStudio, and Marketing Cloud solutions.
• Build onboarding, servicing, and engagement journeys with OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Journey Builder.
• Define integration architecture using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and banking systems.
• Ensure Salesforce security, governance, and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and architecture governance.
