Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to design scalable FSC, OmniStudio, and Marketing Cloud solutions for Banking and Financial Services clients. You will lead end-to-end architecture, define integration with REST/SOAP and MuleSoft, and ensure security and governance.

Remote in USA with salary between $150k–$180k USD and Cognizant’s incentive program. Ideal candidates have Salesforce Architect certifications, hands-on leadership, strong stakeholder management, and

Qualifications

Experience designing Salesforce FSC, OmniStudio and Marketing Cloud solutions for Banking/Financial Services.
Architectural governance and security best practices in Salesforce.
Experience leading teams and delivering scalable integrations.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture and design.
Design and implement FSC, OmniStudio, and Marketing Cloud solutions.
Build onboarding, servicing, and engagement journeys using OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Journey Builder.
Define integration architecture via REST/SOAP, MuleSoft, and external banking systems.
Ensure governance and security compliance; mentor teams.
