Job summary

NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture, is seeking a Salesforce Senior Consultant to join our Field Service team. You will help customers understand requirements, design, develop, QA, and launch Salesforce solutions, with opportunities to impact service cloud implementations.

You'll collaborate with our Salesforce and AI teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions and drive client value across remote and on-site settings in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on project experience in a Salesforce environment.
• 3+ years of Salesforce development or configuration experience.
• Understanding of Customer Service and Field Service business operations.
• Hands-on experience with Custom Applications, Lightning Experience, Visual Flows, Process Builders, and SLAs/Entitlement Processes within Salesforce.
• Understanding of Release Management, Application Lifecycle Management, Deployment Best Practices and Governance.
• Client Facing experience in Pre-Sales Activities, Project Management/Ownership, Discovery and Design, Delivering Solution Options to Customers, Enterprise Application Architecture.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements with customers and propose & deliver Salesforce solutions.
• Architect and build best-in-class Service Cloud and Field Service implementations.
• Configure Salesforce using point-and-click tools like Process Builder and Visual Flows.
• Leverage Salesforce Platform to implement scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with AI team to create innovative Salesforce solutions.
• Keep up-to-date with Salesforce features and major launches.
