Job summary

Novaspect, Inc. in Schaumburg, IL is seeking a Senior Salesforce Support Analyst to serve as the Tier 3 escalation point for Salesforce and ERP issues.

You will analyze incidents, troubleshoot complex configurations, and collaborate with business units to optimize workflows across CRM, ERP, and SharePoint platforms. The role requires a Salesforce Admin certification and 4+ years of enterprise support experience, with on-site work 5 days/week for the first 6 months, then a hybrid schedule up to 2

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field; Salesforce admin cert required.
• 4+ years in technical support, systems analyst, or enterprise application support.
• Experience supporting Salesforce; ERP experience (IFS) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as escalation point for Tier 2/3 issues in Salesforce, ERP, and related systems.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve incidents across enterprise applications and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and configure Salesforce, IFS, and SharePoint; manage user roles and permissions.
• Document recurring issues and update knowledge base; support changes and deployments.
