Job summary

Gurobi Optimization is seeking a senior business systems analyst to translate complex business needs into Salesforce-driven solutions. You will own requirements, map integrations with NetSuite and MuleSoft, and drive UAT and QA collaboration across teams.

You will partner with stakeholders and developers to deliver scalable, reliable business applications, ensuring alignment with core processes and data flows in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, computer science, or related field.
• 6-8+ years in business applications, business systems analysis, or similar.
• 4+ years hands-on Salesforce experience.
• Experience translating business requirements into user stories and specs.
• Experience with system integrations including NetSuite and MuleSoft.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders, developers, and QA.
• Experience designing and executing UAT and QA support.
• ASANA experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements.
• Conduct fit/gap analyses to align needs with system capabilities.
• Decompose requirements into clear, self-contained user stories.
• Create and maintain process diagrams, data models, and use cases.
• Partner with developers and stakeholders to design scalable solutions.
• Lead UAT design and execution with business stakeholders.
• Support QA efforts to ensure alignment with requirements.
• Collaborate with QA to test and troubleshoot defects.
