Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce engineering or development with deep expertise.
• 3+ years of experience managing engineers.
• Experience supporting Salesforce at scale in a SaaS or enterprise environment.
• Ability to operate in a private equity–backed or high‑growth organization.
• Strong ability to partner with cross‑functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Salesforce engineering strategy.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor across business operations.
• Own Salesforce platform governance.
• Lead optimization initiatives to reduce technical debt.
