Qualifications

• Associates degree required; six years of systems analysis/app development experience or eight years combined education/work experience including six years in systems analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience mentoring and leading project teams; ability to drive milestones and delivery dates.

Responsibilities

• Complete and oversee the most complex systems analysis, design and development efforts.
• Lead and contribute as a senior developer on complex projects; guide less experienced staff.
• Coordinate between Applications and business units and review technical specifications.
