Job summary

Wintrust Financial Corporation in Rosemont, IL is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to lead technical development, implementation and support of Salesforce CRM solutions. You will design and deploy new features, integrate with external systems, and guide a team of developers across the SDLC in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field plus 5 years experience.
• Alternatively, Master’s degree in Computer Science plus 3 years experience.
• 3 years of experience with Salesforce CRM and Lightning Web Components.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support Salesforce CRM implementations and new features.
• Lead a team of Developers; conduct code reviews and Pair-Programming.
• Manage release planning and deployment for Salesforce projects.
• Provide production support and after-hours support as needed.
• Collaborate across teams and participate in the SDLC with Agile methodologies.
