Job summary

KIS Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to design, build, and support scalable enterprise CRM on Salesforce. You will work with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver CRM capabilities, integrations, workflow automation, and digital experiences.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical depth with architecture thinking, integration experience, and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field and 6+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Hands-on experience with Apex, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, Visualforce, and SFDX.
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Experience with Lightning Platform (LWC, Aura) and UI optimization.
Strong communication and ability to translate technical requirements into business terms.
Experience in complex Salesforce environments with security and reporting.
Agile/Scrum experience and ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Salesforce capabilities, integrations, and automation.
Design, develop, unit test, and deploy Apex solutions including triggers and REST services.
Build Lightning Components and optimize UI for performance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into Salesforce solutions.
Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews for best practices.
Ensure security, CI/CD, and data integrity across deployments.
Lead and participate in governance of Salesforce application lifecycle.
