Job summary
The Ksquare Group, based in Dallas, TX, is seeking a Technical Architect to lead end-to-end solution design and ensure implementations meet performance, security, and scalability requirements. You will translate business capabilities into robust technical designs and own integration strategies across systems.
You will mentor senior developers, drive CI/CD and environment planning, and collaborate with PMs, BAs, QA, and client teams across multiple regions.
Qualifications
- 6+ years working with Salesforce (multi-cloud experience preferred).
- Proven ownership of end-to-end solution architecture on enterprise programs.
- Strong experience with integrations, APIs, data modeling, security, and NFRs.
- Hands-on contribution to CI/CD, DevOps practices and environment planning.
- Experience guiding sprint teams and collaborating with PM, BA, QA and Client Tech stakeholders.
- Fluent in technical documentation: HLD / LLD, sequence diagrams, ERDs, API specs, etc.
Responsibilities
- Convert business capabilities into clean, scalable technical designs.
- Own integration strategy and cross-system contracts.
- Guide performance, security, and compliance decisions.
- Drive CI/CD and environment strategy (naming, seeding, rollback, cutover).
- Mentor and upskill senior developers and aspiring architects.
