Job summary

Casper is seeking a talented Senior Engineer to join their Direct To Consumer technology team. In this hybrid role, you will work 3 days per week from the NYC office and provide Salesforce Order Management expertise while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of Software Engineering experience and a Salesforce certification, with a targeted salary range of $120,000-$140,000. The position includes a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of Software Engineering experience.
• At least 5 years of experience on SFDC platform.
• Strong understanding of Apex development, Lightning Web Components, and flows.

Responsibilities

• Provide Salesforce Order Management technology expertise for solution design.
• Design, code, unit test, and code review iterative improvements to platform.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design partners.
