Job summary

Casper is seeking a talented Senior Engineer to join our Direct To Consumer technology team. A hybrid role in Richmond, VA, you will provide Salesforce Order Management expertise, design, code, and review platform improvements to delight customers.

You’ll bring at least 7 years of software engineering, 5+ years on SFDC, and a Salesforce Developer or Architect certification. Knowledge of Apex, LWC, REST APIs, and ecommerce integrations is essential to success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Software Engineering experience.
• 5+ years of SFDC platform experience.
• Salesforce Developer or Architect certification.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and post-purchase concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide Salesforce Order Management technology expertise for solution design and technical implementation.
• Design, code, unit test, and review iterative improvements to platform.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design partners to determine the best path for Salesforce platform implementation.
• Translate business challenges into well-designed solutions.
• Develop applications end-to-end with diverse systems and technologies.
