Job summary

Hyundai Capital America (HCA) is seeking a Sr. Software Developer (Salesforce) to design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions.

You will partner with business and technical teams to translate requirements into secure, high-performing applications and integrations in a fast-paced, regulated environment. The role requires strong Salesforce development expertise, solution design, and the ability to independently deliver reliable solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments.
• Expert knowledge of Apex, Flow, Salesforce customization, and system integrations.
• Experience building scalable, high-volume applications and APIs.
• Preferred: Financial Services Cloud, Automotive Cloud, lending/underwriting platforms, Salesforce certifications, and experience in regulated financial services environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support scalable Salesforce solutions, integrations, and platform components.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions with security and performance in mind.
• Lead technical delivery from design through deployment, ensuring maintainability and quality.
• Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts and Product Owners to define and deliver solutions.
