Job summary

Hyundai Capital America (HCA) is seeking a Software Developer (Salesforce) to design, build, and support Salesforce solutions that streamline business processes and improve data flow. You will translate requirements into scalable applications, develop integrations, and ensure secure, high-quality delivery.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of Salesforce development, strong Apex/Flow skills, API experience, and familiarity with CI/CD.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong experience with Apex, Flow, Salesforce customization, and system integrations.
• Experience building and supporting scalable applications, APIs, and automated workflows.
• Knowledge of modern development practices, including integrations, asynchronous processing, and CI/CD.
• Preferred: Salesforce certifications, Financial Services Cloud or Automotive Cloud experience, and experience within lending, financial services, or other regulated industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and support Salesforce applications, workflows, and platform enhancements.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions using Apex, Flow, and Salesforce capabilities.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and internal or external systems.
• Build and maintain APIs, interface components, and asynchronous processing solutions.
• Maintain Salesforce data models, validation rules, and data quality controls.
