Hyundai Capital America (HCA) is seeking a Sr. Software Developer (Salesforce) to design, develop, and support scalable Salesforce solutions that empower enterprise initiatives across our lending platforms.

You will translate requirements into secure, high-performing applications and integrations, leading delivery from design to deployment in a regulated environment. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of Salesforce development experience, with Apex/Flow expertise, API experience, and familiarity

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce development in enterprise environments.
• Expert knowledge of Apex, Flow, Salesforce customization, and system integrations.
• Experience building scalable, high‑volume applications and APIs.
• Preferred: Financial Services Cloud, Automotive Cloud, lending/underwriting platforms, Salesforce certifications.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support scalable Salesforce applications, workflows, integrations, and platform components.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead technical delivery from design through deployment with security and performance in mind.
• Serve as a senior technical resource for complex development and production support issues.
• Maintain technical documentation, specifications, and standards.
