Qualifikationen

• 7 years' experience in Salesforce design and development.
• Active Salesforce certifications in multiple domains.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Familiarity with Government Cloud environments and Azure DevOps.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Aufgaben

• Serve as a Salesforce design and development resource using Agile methodologies.
• Develop Salesforce solutions to meet client needs.
• Integrate Salesforce with other client systems.
• Create and maintain automated workflows and process builders.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to gather and analyze requirements.
• Work with Project Manager to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with Enterprise Architect and QA to develop test cases and perform UAT.
• Manage change requests and document scope changes.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Provide knowledge transfer.
