Qualifications

• 2-9 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Solid understanding of Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Approval Processes).
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model (profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules).
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX, version control (Git), and CI/CD deployment tools.
• Experience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Apex governor limits, bulkification, and performance optimization best practices.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodology.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional and client-facing teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Build and maintain triggers, batch classes, schedulable classes, and asynchronous Apex (Queueable, Future methods).
• Develop and customize Lightning Components (Aura/LWC) to enhance user experience and functionality.
• Configure and customize Salesforce objects, workflows, process builders, flows, validation rules, and page layouts.
• Design and build integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi), or platform events.
• Work across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud based on project requirements.
• Perform data migration, data modeling, and data management using tools like Data Loader, Import Wizard, or ETL tools.
• Write and maintain Apex test classes ensuring adequate code coverage (minimum 75%) and adherence to best practices.
