Job summary

WSFS Bank is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to maximize CRM and Financial Services Cloud experiences. You will design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions, integrating with MuleSoft and other systems while providing technical leadership.

You will collaborate with Enterprise Engineering and the Salesforce Product team, mentor junior developers, and drive continuous improvement in the Salesforce environment, including administration tasks and security best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with complex projects, dashboards, interfaces, and integrations.
• Banking/financial services experience preferred.
• Proficiency in JSON, XML, JavaScript, and SOQL.
• Experience with multi-system architectures and redundancy design.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Collaborate with team to build Salesforce applications and resolve integration challenges.
• Review license requirements and understand Salesforce license models.
• Create technical designs for business functionalities including document generation, data management, and workflow automation.
• Provide guidance to UI/UX designers on Salesforce solutions.
• Mentor junior Salesforce developers through code reviews and problem-solving.
• Implement enhancements and provide break/fix support for Salesforce.
• Communicate status and technical challenges with stakeholders.
• Perform Salesforce administration tasks: users, profiles, fields, layouts, reports, dashboards.
• Support hosted applications with monitoring, performance analysis, and deployments.
• Develop administrative Salesforce tools to streamline processes.
• Investigate and troubleshoot platform issues to ensure stability.
• Manage incident tickets and ensure timely resolution.
• Drive continuous improvement and document best practices.
