Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise Salesforce development experience with deep expertise in Lightning (LWC/Aura) and Apex.
• Strong experience with Salesforce development, integrations, APIs, automation, and enterprise app architecture.
• Experience designing or supporting system-to-system integrations and data flows.
• Strong software development, troubleshooting, and root-cause-analysis skills.
• Ability to translate business processes into technical solutions.
• Experience with source control, testing, peer reviews, and modern software-delivery practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Curiosity and adaptability to learn new platforms and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Salesforce solutions, including custom development, automation, integrations, and workflows.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise applications using REST APIs, webhooks, middleware, and event-driven patterns.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues across applications, integrations, data, and processes.
• Collaborate with developers and specialists across Salesforce, NetSuite, Shopify, Five9, and related systems.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, documentation, source control, CI/CD, and release management.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve reliability through automation and AI.
• Learn and work with new platforms and technologies as needs evolve.
• Other duties as discussed and assigned.
