Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. in Charlotte, NC seeks a Senior/Lead Salesforce Developer for a 06+ months onsite contract. You will design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce apps using Apex, Visualforce, and LWC, while building integrations with MuleSoft and REST/SOAP APIs.

The role demands deep knowledge of governor limits, security, and CI/CD, plus leadership to mentor teams and drive enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and customization.
• Expertise in Apex, Apex Triggers, and Batch Apex.
• Experience with MuleSoft and Salesforce integration patterns.
• Proficiency in Visualforce, Lightning Experience, and Lightning Web Components.
• Strong understanding of governor limits, security models, sharing rules, and data management.
• Familiarity with Salesforce deployment tools, version control, and CI/CD practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I/II or relevant Salesforce certifications.
• Experience leading Salesforce development teams or technical initiatives.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, and asynchronous Apex.
• Develop and maintain user interfaces with Visualforce, Lightning Experience, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using MuleSoft and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and conduct root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor developers, and ensure adherence to coding standards and development methodologies.
