Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a high-level Salesforce Developer to design, build, test, deploy, and support enterprise Salesforce solutions. The role requires deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, APIs, and integrations, with a focus on security, performance, and maintainability.

You will partner with stakeholders and lead technical design sessions, mentor teammates, and ensure best practices across deployments.

Qualifications

Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business and technical objectives for Salesforce solutions.
Develops Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, and APIs, ensuring code and configurations are maintainable and aligned with standards.
Performs unit testing and participates in system testing to verify functionality and quality.
Resolves routine development, configuration, and support issues within the Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities

Leads technical design efforts for complex Salesforce solutions and validates technical approaches.
Mentors junior developers by providing guidance on coding standards and best practices.
Leads code reviews and establishes development standards for high-quality, secure solutions.
Drives deployment activities for Salesforce solutions and enhancements.
