You will own development tasks, lead technical discussions, mentor junior developers, and collaborate across IT and business teams to deliver scalable, user‑friendly outcomes with robust test coverage and DevOps release practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration changes: Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, and custom settings.
• DevOps/release management experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Salesforce configurations: Flows, fields, page layouts, record types, and custom settings.
• Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components, and Visualforce to extend Salesforce apps.
• Perform application development, including Visualforce pages, Lightning pages, and Lightning Web Components.
• Identify and translate requirements into scalable, user-friendly solutions.
• Identify unused Salesforce features.
• Create platform roadmaps and define priorities with stakeholders.
• Perform proactive system maintenance: Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, Optimizer.
• Assist with requirements gathering, design, and development.
• Create test cases and test scripts for unit testing.
• Provide production support for IT systems.
• Lead focused discussions on technical topics.
• Lead and mentor junior developers.
• Create and maintain technical system documentation.
• Communicate and collaborate across IT teams and business areas.
