Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the development and enhancement of Salesforce applications and integrations. The role is hybrid from Johns Creek, GA, with 3 days onsite, requiring strong Salesforce expertise and leadership.

The candidate will mentor junior developers, design scalable solutions, and ensure adherence to best practices across Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud. Prior Salesforce certifications are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 2 years of experience.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Salesforce applications, including custom objects, fields, workflows, Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning components.
• Develop and implement advanced Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring scalability and security.
• Oversee Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components, and integrations with external systems via Salesforce APIs.
• Architect Salesforce solutions aligned with best practices and business needs.
• Review and optimize existing code for performance and maintainability.
• Create technical design documents and diagrams to support deployment.
• Provide advanced technical support for Salesforce-related issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain documentation for Salesforce customizations and processes.
