Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer for an onsite role at Omaha, NE. The candidate will design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications across Sales, Service, Experience, and Marketing Clouds, with strong focus on Apex, LWC, and integrations.

The role requires extensive Salesforce administration and development experience, certifications, and excellent communication skills. Salary ranges between $92,250 and $105,057 with incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Very strong Salesforce fundamentals across both development and core administration.
• Demonstrated experience across multiple Salesforce clouds - Sales, Service, Experience, and Marketing.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications (Platform Dev I/II, Admin, App Builder).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong delivery culture with a track record of first-time-right, zero-defect production releases.
• Interest or exposure to emerging AI and agentic technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications.
• Administer Salesforce orgs across Sales, Service, Experience, and Marketing Clouds.
• Build and maintain Flow automations, SOQL queries, and process automations.
• Architect and manage API integrations across multi-org environments.
• Apply Salesforce security model best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure high-quality, zero-defect releases.
